Jackie Casteel, a daytime janitor, is leaving Shawnee Mission South. She has worked in the district for 25 years now but she is not done yet; Casteel is leaving to work in a kitchen but is staying in the Shawnee Mission District. She will miss the staff and the kids but she hopes to back back at South in the future. Don’t forget to wish her good luck and also congratulate her on winning the Hard-Hat Hero award!
